@@aizazhamid7914She actually wrote wrong. If you hear Kusha properly, she said, Maushi, varun pani ala khaali. It means maushi (either used to call maasi, or maid, here maid) water is flowing down. Though her accent wasn't correct

Nobody speaks Punjabi in Delhi. Only refuge rehabilitation area people talk with each other in Punjabi not with others. Except sikh, you never gonna tell a Punjabi that he /she is Punjabi..they have cleanest Hindi accent . Maybe you are referring to an accent & instead of proper language. Rest, we have tons of Hindi accents here bihari,up,haryanvi, rajasthani,southIndian,odiya,bangoli.everyone excepted with open heart. for the same reason Mumbai & Delhi are best tier 1 cities.
