Thankyou chef for sharing this perfect recipe with us. I made bhaturas with your recipe and it turned perfect. Just a suggestion when you give recipes like naan , bhaturas etc. then please also tell us the grams of each and what should be the thickness from the edges and in middle of that particular recipe. Overall this recpie is perfect for my family taste. Thankyou once again.
