Now a Days many trains in India reaching before time. I just went Gandhi Nagar, Jaipur, from Lucknow, train reached before time both the places. and toilet paper was available in AC class. Now contractor system is introduced, hence toilet was, also clean and water was available, other wise many time it was not so. Thanks to Railway management.

There is No Rule in Indian Railways Like You are not allowed I am a Railfan we face this condition And Yah That Documents Is 100% Legit Every Indian Can Record in Trains or Railway Area With smartphone or Small Camera for non professional Purpose...!! And Recently My Railfan Friend Filed A RTI . Railway Board Officials Clearly Said That Its Allowed For Every Indian or Rail Enthusiasts Like Me and Other Indian Railfans...!!
