We started our road trip from Delhi to Kufri at 5.30 AM. In the morning we were able to cover most of our route with an ease, no traffic jams. This time GPS navigate us towards single border. there is a village besides the single border which we had to cross. as it is a village road..it was not well constructed and due to monsoon season also the condition was not too good. But because we left early morning for our journey, we covered that route in 40 to 45 minutes. and then catch up with the Delhi Chandigarh highway..we had our breakfast at the famous Sethi Dhaba which was at Chandigarh Ambala highway...and it was awesome especially the tea we had in shakar..That was there special tea..after which we head towards Kufri. Shimla Highway which is best known as NH-22 was a 4 lane highway and very well constructed which having all best food points available. for Kufri we had to a right cut towards Kandaghat-Chail Road which was bit narrow but roads are well built to drive...
Kufri is a resort hill station in the district of Shimla, India. It is located 20 km from the state capital Shimla on the National Highway No. 22. On the Kufri Avenue, the main thoroughfare, boutiques and restaurants mix with Indian-style hotels and souvenir shops are to look for during a vist.
