Delia's technique for Crispy Roast potatoes I have been doing for over 30 years. To this day, its the only technique that works for me. I am 70 and I never her of her until I ran across this video. I liked the Christmas video. Britain is not known for its cuisine. She went to Italy to learn to cook.
