Today I made very soft, tender, juicy flat cakes with zucchini, chicken liver and cheese. These healthy tortillas with chicken liver and cheese are quick and easy to prepare and the result is always great! The ingredients are the cheapest, 15 minutes and a hearty breakfast, dinner or snack on your table!
INGREDIENTS (for 2 flat cakes):
1 Onion
300 g chicken liver
Salt
Pepper
400 g zucchini
2 Cloves of garlic
2 Eggs
2 Tablespoons sour cream (yogurt)
70 g of flour
Vegetable oil for frying
200 g of cheese
