flour - 120 g = 6 tbsp.
sugar - 5 g = 1 tsp
warm milk - 270 ml \u003d 1 glass * + 4.5 tbsp.
dry yeast - 10 g = 2 tsp

salt - 6 g = 1 tsp without a slide
sugar - 55 g = 11 tsp
vegetable oil - 30 g = 2 tbsp.
butter - 50 g = 3.5 tbsp.
flour - 380 (+/-) g = 3 (+/-) cups *

flour - 140 g = 7 tbsp.
sugar - 115 g = 5 (+/-) tbsp.
butter - 110 g = 0.5 packs + 0.5 tbsp.
✅For lubrication:
egg yolk - 18 g = 1 pc.
milk - 15 ml = 1 tbsp.
