2 pinch - Turmeric (Haldi)
1🥄 - Red Chilli Powder
1🥄- Coriander powder (dhaniya)
1🥄 - Salt (namak)
2 - Medium size onions (pyaaz)
Coriander leaves
2- Tomatoes (tamatar)
200gm - Youghurt (dahi)
2 🥄 - Ginger Garlic Paste (adrak lassun ka paste)
150ml - Oil (tel)
1- black Cardamom
1🥄- Cumin Seed (Zeera)
1 - Cinnamon Stick
4 - cloves (laung)
