The creamy coconut noodles were a great breakfast for me. I didn't know how to eat with chopsticks, so I had to do with the spoon only. The place looks more like a restaurant than a café serving from snacks to main meals like rice and curries. It's located near the Mandalay Railway Station around 80th Street.
