Cook very tasty chicken in a sweet and sour sauce in 20 minutes. Rich and aromatic dish of Chinese cuisine is very easy to cook. Tender and juicy pieces of chicken fillet combined with spices and hot rice is delicious meal for your dinner.

Ingredients:
• chicken breast - 500 g
• corn starch - 4 tbsp
• vegetable oil - 3 tbsp
• sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
• sugar - 4 tbsp
• apple vinegar - 3 tbsp
• ketchup - 3 tbsp
• soy sauce - 3 tbsp
• sesame oil - 1 tbsp
• salt - 2 tsp
• ground black pepper - ½ tsp
• red chili flakes - 1 tsp
• garlic - 3 cloves
• water - 2 tbsp
• rice - 1 cup
• water - 2 cups
You will need:
• wok or pan
• carving board
Preparation:
1. Wash the rice in cold water, pour with 2 cups of boiling water, bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes over low heat until readiness, add 1 tsp of salt.
2. Cut the chicken into small pieces about 2*2 cm.
3. Add the salt, black pepper and 3 tbsp of corn starch to the cut chicken and combine well.
4. Heat a pan with the vegetable oil and fry the chicken over high heat for 3-4 minutes, take the chicken out.
5. Add the sugar, vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce, sesame oil and minced garlic into the pan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
6. Stir 1 tbsp of corn starch and 2 tbsp of water and add to the sauce.
7. Cook the sauce over low heat for a minute until thickening.
8. Add the fried chicken into the sauce and stir, fry for 1-2 minutes over low heat.
9. Sprinkle your Chinese-style sweet and sour chicken with sesame seeds and green onion. Serve with the rice.
Advices:
1. Cut chicken into small pieces 2*2 cm, you can use chicken breast or boneless thighs.
2. Making a sauce take into account that soy sauce can be very salty, taste it to not overdo a sauce.
3. If ketchup is a sour add a bit less of vinegar.
