I am so lucky to be Indian, each state and region of India has so many treasures to hunt, not only food but landscape, dresses, people, culture and soooooo many things. It will take 10 lives to understand each thing about all India! Westerners would not even able to imagine.

I have never been to SOAM, but one look at the Puri Sabji (2:07) and I can tell that this is the place to go.

Such nice videos!! Someone mentioned about low energy, well...I guess the presenter is a soft spoken, persuasive guy with a sweet demeanor. That surely adds on to his charm. One does not have to be loud and vociferous to bring a point across. Good work!

I absolutely love Gujarati food. The last time I had been to Mumbai I had this gujrati thali at a certain restaurant close to Bombay hospital. Fail to remember the name of the restaurant. But that was the best Gujarati thali I have ever eaten. Thanks Arjun for letting us know about this restaurant. Will try out this place the next time I visit Mumbai .

Hi ! Just randomly came across this video and couldn't resist replying to this. I believe the restaurant you're referring to is "Panchavati Gaurav" near Bombay Hospital. It serves one of the best Gujarati Thali's in Mumbai..

One of the best hotels I’ve ever dined. Despite space crunch demand is high with a waiting time of around 20 minutes to get seats. But worth waiting.

why is this restaurant using eco friendly plates. ie. the leaf plates as table sheets to keep the metal plates and eat on it. its so offensive that this restaurant is wasting natural resources. food is directly eaten from the leaf plates. stop it asap
