INGREDIENTS:
strawberries - 250 gr.
sugar - 100 gr.
gelatin - 25 g.
water - 80 ml.
protein - 2 pcs.
powdered sugar to taste
APPLICATION:
1. Chop the strawberries in a blender and grind through a sieve. Add 50 grams of sugar. Put on the fire, stir thoroughly and bring to a boil (boil for about 5 minutes to a thick consistency).
2. Pour gelatin with 80 ml of water and let it swell.
3. Add 50 grams of sugar to the whites and beat to stiff peaks.
4. After making sure that the gelatin is completely dissolved in water, thinly stream it into the whipped mass. Mix thoroughly.
5. Add the strawberry syrup and stir.
6. Transfer the marshmallow mixture into a pastry bag and press out the curls onto parchment paper. Leave the marshmallows to set
7. When the marshmallows have hardened, sprinkle them with powdered sugar and, removing them from the parchment, glue them in pairs. Bon appetit!
