Delicious minced meat roast - perfect as part of dinner or as an addition to sandwiches.
A simple and cheap recipe.
Ingredients:
1-2 medium onions, finely diced
2-3 garlic cloves pressed through a press
1 stale roll, soaked and well drained
1 kg of minced meat (optional)
2 raw eggs
salt, pepper, marjoram and other favorite spices - at your discretion
In a frying pan, fry the onion in clarified butter or olive oil, adding garlic at the end. We keep it in the pan for no more than a minute so that the garlic does not burn. Put minced meat, glazed onion with garlic and other ingredients in a bowl and mix very well.
Put the mass into a buttered cake pan (approx. 30 cm long), press it down carefully and smooth the surface.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 70 minutes.
