Jack, we LOVE these videos! And we love your insights on all topics! These videos prove how easy a plant based diet can be. My husband and I only stick to it because of how simple and delicious it really is! We will definitely make this- looks scrumptious!!!

Great combinations. I was just thinking I would've cubed up some sweet potato or butternut squash in that bad boy. As a sweet potato topper that's awesome too. Would love to see a black eyed peas salad with some okra. Love that for summer. 💯

Looks amazing!!! Could be used in so many ways - on baked potatoes, on a salad, as tacos and put avocado on it, or just as ot is. Yum!!! Thanks for sharing Jack😊❤✌🏻

I'm starving so I'm watching this, it gets me excited just seeing the thumbnail, I'm a little poor today I had to buy alchol and cigarettes so not much money to work with for food so this is my outlet!
