You are just the best Sierra Leone cook I have seen online. I don’t if it’s because we were thought the same way to cook. By way, I’m Mende and you know the style of cooking varies with different tribes in our country.

Am glad you said “vegetable oil”🤩🤩 I used vegetable oil (sunflower oil) it’s healthy🤷🏼‍♀️ And talking about quantity, that’s definitely not too much oil, might be for you but definitely not for us. To each his own though, it’s very possible you eat lots of things that i can never dream of eating because I know they’re not healthy, so to each?… his own.
