Easy recipe for an easy and quick yogurt cake without flour without fat. A quick, soft and light yogurt cake that you can make every day. I recommend this cake if you want something light for tea. The preparation is really fast and the ingredients are always ready.
Ingredients:
4 eggs (separate the egg whites from the yolks)
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Vanilla sugar (10g)
Cornstarch (cornstarch) - 3 tablespoons
1.5 cups of plain yogurt (350 g)
half a teaspoon of salt
Powdered sugar for sprinkling.
Flat (15-18cm)
Bake 30-40 minutes at 180 ° C (preheated oven)

dziękuję za szybką odpowiedż ,ale moje ciasto opadło o połowę izrobiła się taka legumina , myślę , że to nie chodziło o taki efekt , ja liczyłam na puszystą " chmurkę " i bardzo ucieszył mnie ten przepis , zwłaszcza , że nie jem glutenu , wobec tego spróbję jeszcze raz i możedam wyższą temperaturę jeszcze raz dziękuję 🥰

Kleiner Tipp von mir.Das Backpapier geht leichter ab ,wenn man einen kalten nassen Lappen an das Papier drückt.Kühlt also schneller ab und es bleibt kein Teig dran kleben
