Ingredients:
2 peppers.
3 cloves of garlic.
3 tablespoons olive oil.
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
1 tablespoon honey.
1-2 teaspoons salt.
1/3 teaspoon pepper.
1 teaspoon Italian herbs
500 grams of cucumbers.
800 grams of tomatoes.
A bunch of dill with parsley.
Refrigerate for 1.5 hours.
