One thing I absolutely love about your builds is there are no problems in gameplay. It’s so hard to find a home on the gallery that doesn’t glitch or make my pc run slow. I love that you take that into account without making too many sacrifices on style! Loveeeeee you Deli!

You should pick your favourite of each item ie favourite sofa, bed, toilet etc and use them in the build even if they don’t go together because then it’s your actual favourite items, and not just the ones you like a lot to fit in and match the build

The curtain shelf thing from the new pack was in the curtain section, they moved it with a recent update. It's under wall decor.

We have the same favorite toilet!! Every time you mention it I laugh because it's just a really iconic toilet. Like, I try to switch it up when I'm building and I ALWAYS end up going back and swapping it out for that toilet. I HATE the others! Maybe there's one good base game toilet, I think it's called modern relief or something. If not that, the Seasons toilet is cute in some builds. But THAT toilet right there??? That's an ultimate toilet. That is THEE toilet. WE NEED BETTER TOILETS.

This build is actually gorgeous, I love it🤩. I actually got an idea for yearly video the other day that I think you would like to make and I personally would love to watch. It would be a video building a trendy house in the sims 4(using CC otherwise it would not work). So for example now, articles about house design trends of 2023 are coming out and you would build with these trends😅. I hope it makes sense. I thought about it because I read one of those articles and 1 trend for 2023 was butler pantry and I thought OMG, this for Deli and then I got this idea 😅

My favorite item is the basket of cozies. I literally use it in every single build, sometimes in multiple rooms. They’re so cute.

Sometimes I wish The Sims has a feature where we would favourite build and buy stuff and then have a "Favourites" Catagory so we can super quickly find things we use often. I would use that probably most of the time. It would also be good for people who are trying to make a whole neighbourhood a specific building style.

I use your builds so much for gameplay, because they don’t make the game glitch or lag. And they look fantastic.

I absolutely love your build style. I notice for other builds I find myself changing out the furniture/decorations for more my style stuff but usually with your builds I don’t do that so often. Quoting lilsimsie “deli has such good taste” because it’s so true. Each build hits the mark!

The beginning is such high energy, high coffeine intake vibe 😂 builds: Airy, earthy tones, cozy, plants everywhere. builds: B&W. BRICK. INDUSTRIAL!11!! (and a few plants) Both are great in their own way though! I looove this build, it has so much of my personal favorites as well.

When Americans say they are tired of the modern farmhouse, they generally mean the black-and-white, mid-2010s, Joanna Gaines style home. In America, what you built would probably be classified as an industrial farmhouse. Love the build!

I live on the East Coast in America and typically when you enter suburban areas, the farmhouse aesthetic is everywhere. It's almost like the suburbs tried to replace the typical middle-class American aesthetic--which you typically see in American films--with something more...different, but it rapidly backfired into just another reflection of suburbia--in which everything is still the same lol. The younger generations of Americans are actually quite sick of this aesthetic and allegories suburban America holds. Of course, not to say that the aesthetic is not appreciated--because it is, but moreso the suburban farmhouse has become a mixing pool of different aesthetics. Industrial farmhouse interiors are widely popular!!

Deli you are my favorite KZfaqr I’ve been watching since middle school now I’m in college , I’ve never met you but i have so much love for you I’d literally kill for you lol😂 I just want to let you know these videos help me so muchhh love you deli♥️

The day after you came out with the curved apartment in the sims, I actually tried to copy it. I never “copy” stuff, rather just take inspiration, but this time I made the exterior very similar in shape to yours, and even similar in color patterns. I play console so I’m not sure if it would show up for you or not? But it’s be awesome if you checked it out 😅. I fully furnished the place as well, and since I don’t have Discover University I don’t have the roommates feature, so I made it a 4 story housing of mixed family and a cat. 8 sims, the penthouse is the mother/ grandmother of the generations below, and also the most wealthy and now cares mostly about family and having a beautifully pristine home. I used your idea of the rooftop garden as well, I have two trees making shade for the grill/ bar lounge spot, and even a nice chess match or spotting stars with a telescope. Each apartment is themed based on the family members too. First floor is the son, he’s now a single man, starving artist, with an 8 year old boy himself. Floor above him, second floor, is the man’s sister and the sisters wife they’re nerdy and love video games and the color pink. Third floor is actually going to be the wife’s family, so the married in family. So far, a mother and her son and daughter, and now grandson too. The daughters wife has two younger siblings that are going to be moving in shortly. The cat belongs to penthouse/ grandma.

I had a glass dining table in college and i'll never get one again. You have to place things down so gently or else its really loud. And my cats loved to leave little paw and butt prints on the glass.

The problem with modern farm house builds in the US from my perspective is that often people are doing tear downs of existing houses building these new very large builds in the farmhouse style which is a problem for me in more established neighborhoods because then the homes surrounding the new house don't match in style or size and it kind of looks awful because the character of the neighborhood is getting lost. I understand wanting to update the façade and making your home look newer but I think you can do that without a complete tear down and still making it look like it fits in the neighborhood
