Deli could you do a really cluttered retail store, like a couple who used to travel and collect stuffs sells all their things, with an apartment above it with their favourite collected items. All your builds are quite clean or cosy but not normally very cluttered. Your amazing at any build you do and I really want to see you do this style of home

I just realised that this is the perfect home for my latest household I’ve been playing. a lesbian couple who met in Selvadorada for mutual benefit -one wanted to find treasure and the other is an archaeologist, and fell in love in the midst 🥺 I can so see them living there 🥺🥺🥺

I would love deli to build another pack restricted home, maybe using packs that are completely different to each other like, get famous, parenthood and an industrial pack like mouschino stuff pack (cos we all know deli loves her industrial vibes asb!)!

I love watching home renovations too! Especially the DIY transformation. My wife and I are kind of interested in purchasing an older church type building to reno to a home. Maybe this could be an idea also for the sims 4?

such a good idea to renovate builds found on the gallery! i've almost worked my way through remodelling all of the EA builds in each world and am totally going to find cool builds like this one and try to turn them into homes... i will probably try my hand at renovating this same lot but into a couple small apartments instead! thanks for the idea, deli!

Love the colours. It would be great to see the old railway station reclaimed as something better than the rubbish bar that we got in the Eco pack. It's a simple building and not a big lot, but plenty of potential.

Pretty cool! I made an industrial loft type of building with a common area in the first level that I split into three units in Del Sol Valley. It’s meant to be for those artist types that want to make it in Hollywood and I opened up the back of each to have an outdoor space as well as rooftop access where I strung up a bunch of those lights from one of the kids packs to make what I imagine a vibey place to have a rooftop party. Still furnishing it but I kinda wanted to leave it mostly unfurnished so that it can be more realistic to have someone move in their own stuff to their unit. I have the banking mods so I figured the residents could contribute equally to the bills when the time came.

22:24 is great advice... I was building a house in the sims the other day and I knew exactly what I wanted in my head, and I was building and I thought it looked OK, but then I realized I had forgotten what I wanted and I suddenly hated it, so I stopped, took a break, and then when I went back to building I was able to get it closer to what I had wanted in my head and it looked so much better

Love your industrial influenced builds. Just a tip, MC Command Center lets you specify the building cheats to be automatically enabled. Saved me plenty of time, I can never remember all the cheat codes either.

Speaking of having a gallery feel, this would make a FANTASTIC art gallery for a painter/sculptor sim, especially if placed on a Myshuno lot. Set it as a retail shop and let them sell their works of art. I really love that idea. I think I may download your renovated version and repurpose it for one of my artist sims! Great work. :D

Realy nice! Would have flipped the lot around a 180, som the big windows faced the sea, and kept the ground floor with the green carpet and dark sofas, fot this is a lovely build, and taste varies (luckily)

This is gorgeous. The only thing I'd change is the opening angle of the windows. They should be turned the other way, so the slope keeps rain out of the house instead of sloped inward like you have it, which (IRL) would have rain coming inside. Looking forward to playing with this!

You could see a snug (second living room) as a casual living room, the living room without a tv is usually called a formal living room when there is a second living room with a tv in the house☺️

I have a text document of a full cheats list on my computer, with descriptions of how they work and how/when to access them. I also keep another smaller text document of my most-used cheats on my desktop so I can just copy/paste them into the cheats input line. I hate having to type them all out every time. I really LOVE this industrial home. Pretty much everything about it appeals to me. Can you imagine sitting under that glass window at night, watching the aurora? That would be SO awesome.
