Wasn't as bad as I expected it to be, but it was certainly a challenge. I think this is probably the hardest game I've completed, but it's a close call between catastrophe remake and FDY BTT. The last attack is really painful, but once you learn it you can do it fairly consistently.
Here's a tip. Last item heals 75hp, item above TED heals 75hp, First item is a full heal, second item is a lot (maybe 90?), TED is also a very large heal. Everything else heals either 30 or 40 which is pretty low. That being said, it's pretty generous with those healing items.
