How to Make Homemade Fish Crackers or Fish Kropek
Here's another homemade snack recipe that's fresh, delicious and definitely healthy. We will be making fish crackers or fish kropek from scratch, no preservatives added. This can also be a great business idea for everyone.
INGREDIENTS:
300g Fish Fillet (Any fish)
2-3 Cups Tapioca Starch
1 tsp. Garlic Powder (optional)
Salt
Pepper
Cooking Oil

In india we make by boiling tapioca starch make a thick paste and add whatever we need and dry. Putting in spoonful in cloth.this is a nice idea. Jesus and Mary bless u and family

Blessings long it don't have a yard that I can put it in the sun can I dehydrate then for a couple minutes and then the rest of the procedure and fry them thanks for sharing I love the colored shrimp fries

Until it is rock hard. If it still feels pliable, you need to dry it more.

You could try those packing peanuts popcorn, it can be as pale as a driven snow and I'm sure it has no flavor.

I suggest, tapioca starch talaga. :) haven't tried using cornstarch.
