Thank you for making this video. I think I was the one that encouraged you to give out gospel tracks at the food line when you first shared the video about it 6 months ago. You replied to my comment. I’m sorry if you felt coerced in any way to give those out. God has been showing me what it is like to be led by the Holy Spirit in witnessing to people and not operating out of a spirit of fear, or coercion or anxiousness. The spirit of religion crept up in my life so gradually and subtle. I felt condemned myself when I would mess up. I was critical of others, finding fault easily in them rather than continuing to be disgusted by my own sinful heart, I wanted to “correct” everything, and my desire to be obedient turned into forcing my own convictions onto others, comparing myself to them and thinking I was more “spiritual” and surrendered. Really gross pride. I didn’t realize that I was making it my job to bring conviction, as if that’s even possible. Humility was really lacking. That was over a year ago. But more recently God is just teaching me so much about being Spirit led in witnessing, and anyway, my point was that the spirit of fear and the spirit of religion is exactly what He is calling me out of. Those two things stifle the Holy Spirit so much. I am starting to think that instead of mechanically handing out gospel tracts to everyone we see, like what you mentioned, perhaps God wants to lead us to individuals who are ready at that moment to encounter God’s Spirit/Truth. Whatever it may be that they need that day. God knows better than we. If we do hand out tracks to reach more people than just those we get time to talk to, discernment is needed, as in all things. Like you said, we still want to hand them out in love. We need the Spirit to show us our own hearts in the matter. My church pastor sort of opposed me when I got free gospel tracks and was excited to hand them out. He told me they focus more on sharing Jesus in the context of relationship. I didn’t disagree with that but it made me feel confused, like I was in the wrong. I just feel like God wanted me to watch this video, because I would feel guilty and confused and afraid about sharing the gospel. I felt like if I wasn’t sharing the gospel with every person I see then I’m not being obedient. I would worry about how to say it, what is the best way to go about it, how to do it when it’s people you only see for a minute or so. The enemy sowed a lot of confusion once I finally started feeling strongly called to be bold, know the gospel, and share it. I think it really is not supposed to be this premeditated mechanical thing. And also to remember that every person is different and so we should tailor our words, and our approach to every unique opportunity we may receive to share His truth. We just need to be ready to “go” if He says go, and be surrendered. If a gentle and still voice tells us to speak to a person, we need to repent of any fear that creeps up and just trust God. I don’t need to walk into the coffee shop and get immediate anxiety about who God wants me to share the gospel with and how should I do it and does God want me to stand on a table and start reciting scriptures, kind of thing. Lol. I kid you not. I just felt so confused about what it meant to be “Spirit led”. All I could think was that if we are supposed to tell people the whole gospel, then anyone who hands out water in the name of Jesus, isn’t doing it right because that person doesn’t know that Jesus died for them or that He defeated death and sin and they are to trust in Him for their righteous and so on and so forth. All they know is Jesus is kind and that’s not enough. Someone else talked to me though about how people are in different places with their desire to know God, and God touches people multiple times using multiple people and situations. I’m typing a story book so I’ll stop now. 😅 Any words of encouragement you have for me would be greatly appreciated. I’m just trying to be obedient because living for His glory is all I want to do. I was only in the new age community for three months but now I have to deal with demonic warfare that affects my walk w Christ. I am confused and confusion doesn’t come from God which is why I know it’s an attack of the enemy. I see unclean spirits and hear them sometimes and I was praying and one of them said God doesn’t hear your prayers. I pray in my head to ignore everything. I was asking God how long it will take to cleance me, and and suddenly you're video showed up in when I looked for answers...I also practiced very long time Buddhism Hinduism and all these comes with whitchcraft and I always believed in Jesus and knew who He was since my childhood, but I've got too curios in knowing other religions and I practiced them seriously till Ive got more and more went astray ...however I stopped doing that and even started to hear Satan laughing at me, as soon as I got baptised I heard a ungodly voice telling me he'll take all of me and leave me the pinky and since then my body feels like there are spirits in it, as you said in my nose arms back loins ect but it's not only that also for over 10 years ago I had a friend and from him I've got a sex demon... I did already so many hours of deliverance service but these people injected me more withe their religious spirit than I received deliverance ....however I felt since I went to the wrong churches, I stopped hearing God's audible voice and guidance... Now I am still stalked from the enemy and from his apostate angels which the lord opened my eyes to show me what's going on and am even tested from our Lord and saviour. Now it's second year since my buptism but am still struggling, I am repenting again and again and fasting am totally exhausted.... What else can I do to fasten the Sanctification process? I can't go on like this. Oh Lord please have mercy on me. Please pray for me and my family members for their salvation.

This is me, sister. This is what I'm struggling against. 😩 I'm a worshiper. But since I discern spirits is so hard for me to be in a public congregation! What exactly is a religious spirit? Is it one that corrects and rebukes so we obey the Lord? Would I have a religious spirit if I pointed out that women are not permitted by scripture to teach men or usurp authority over them?

Wow I’m thirteen and I’m experiencing doubt like crazy it’s so terribly hard to feel Gods love and hear him in general. I can’t get dreams. I’m the only saved one in my family even though I doubt my salvation and my family are lukewarm. Do you think This is spiritual warfare if I need a deliverance generational curses. I told my parents scriptures of how to be saved lukewarm and end times and they still don’t believe me I was crying but I still asked i can go to church. They said Yes and I’m waiting till than however, I want to get rid of these thoughts I cry myself to sleep, my eyebags and everything is getting noticeable. I fear my family in hell so so bad I have trouble sleep I’m trying to have faith but I barely hear the lord. I watch testimonies to help my faith but I want my experiences. Please pray for me sister there’s so much more affecting me and my family

I like what you had to say in this video. I come from a conservative fundamental position, so we may not agree on some doctrine. However, I do agree with everything you said here. I do believe that demons are real. If Jesus cast out demons, why wouldn't there be demons around today? I have a few things to say about public speaking. If anyone stands up in a pulpit to address a congregation without asking the Holy Spirit to be with them, they will fall flat on their faces. Public speaking makes everyone nervous The body reacts by producing more adrenaline. Don't let that bother you. It is not necessary to ask God to annul a physical reaction that he made. After getting through the first sentence you should calm down and be ok. I hope that helps. May God continue to use you to spread the gospel in Thailand.

How can a demon "quench the Holy Spirit"? I'm not claiming that Lilly is wrong at all, I just don't understand. Demons are evil, they can't bring glory to God or a "deep connection" to Him.

Honestly medication will help if you need it. The transformation can continue with Jesus.

If the Holy Spirit is in you, LIlly, you cannot also be posessed by a demon. This is impossible for believers.
