In the diagnosis of this case study, you will observe that all the regulator voltages up to S3 state are valid and within the required range.
DC supply can be seen with variable ampere reading and the voltages are also fluctuating indefinitely.
BIOS SPI region is already diagnosed and ME region cleaning, BIOS SPI flashing is already done in the motherboard but still, no display problem is not solved in this power on but no display laptop motherboard.

H_CPU_SVIDDAT signal is good or bad?

Remember VID data will communicate when CPU is getting all the requirements fullfiled. Without PLTRST signal, CPU is not resetted so the problem is not with CORE VID data.

I dont understand, but the bios is on 3.3v rail and reading from SIO. Think there is the SIO Problem

PLTRST COMES FROM PCH OR PROCCESOR WHICH PASSES THROUGH THE GATE.. resistor which comes much have got high ohm value., Bios Ki pin no 2..
