This new series of monitor including not only a dock but type-c charging functionality, camera, speakerphone, microphone is really an all in one deal specially for the price you get so much for the money!!

Hi, I have a question - I ended up buying this monitor for my office, and I used the included DP cable that came in the box to connect a second Dell display - and it doesn't display at the native resolution or aspect ratio on the second display, and it's blurry. I used the USB-C to C cable that came in the box to connect it to the laptop. Furthermore, Dell Display Manager doesn't even detect the second display. Dell Command Update up to date on the laptop, firmware was updated on the P2724DEB, installed drivers for both monitors. Did you use the display that came in the box to daisy chain the second display? Laptop was a Dell Precision 3541.

Cute monitor but expensive for the features it offers. Is Only 60Hz. We're it more as 144Hz , perhaps. Still love Dell. Thanks for the video, gave me a smile ❤😂

Thank you for the review! Do you need usba to usbb connection for the camera to work? or only 1 usbc connection to the laptop will work?

Hey :) thanks for watching and commenting! You only need usb-c for everything to work including the speaker phone! I downloaded Dell Peripheral manager as well so play with the settings of the camera!

Hi, thank you for this video which came up when searching a review of this product. Sadly it is only 60Hz but could do the job and replace my U3014 which I want to replace for a while now... ... if I find an answer to a dummy question. ;) Other Dell monitors offering kvm do not support sharing a webcam using usb downstream port so here is the question: -> As this one has built-in webcam & speakerphone, do they follow the active computer when switching from a laptop to a desktop? In 2024 when a lot of people can work some days per week from home it should be obvious... but as I wrote before it is not. :(

The Dell 27 Video Conferencing Monitor P2724DEB does support sharing the webcam and speakerphone between devices when physically switching from a laptop to a desktop or using the LAN KVM feature. This feature can be particularly useful for remote work scenarios where people need to move between different devices seamlessly. Should you decide to make the switch, this monitor could indeed be a suitable replacement for your U3014.

Hi@@salesspice, I tested a 3425WE I borrowed at work to check some things and I noticed it allowes sharing webcam and also usb dongle for headset so I will more probably go to this one. :)
