David ran from it for all the right reasons, Dell wanted it, for all the wrong reasons. The Gamma radiation disease doesn't make you better or worse; it makes you more of who you already are, though at the cost of intellect. David's Hulk is only stronger cause of how much intellect he had thus the smarter you are the bigger strength the Gamma radiation gives you and notice how Hulk is just calm banner but dumb and Dell's Hulk is just his greed for revenge and crazier since he's already a dumb ass so he did not have any extra muscles thus becoming a strong stick figure fighting a calm green gorilla

The most touching episode of the series with Prometheus, I cried for david as a child. The incredible hulk was a huge success in France, i swear it, American friends. In 1980 the series arrived in France and I still carry this wonderful dream in my heart.

This scared me as a kid, some great acting from the brilliant Bill Bixby, now the false teeth, bad wigs and cross eyes contact lenses haven't aged well at all, still a great scene though, of its time with regard to SFX.

Here's another thing that's puzzled me! The actor who played Del Frye's hulk (Dick Durock) was only supposed to be an inch taller than Lou Ferrigno 6 6 v Lou Ferrigno's 6 5 - yet when the two first square up to each other there's at least 4-5 inches difference!!

How is it terrible for it's time? I kinda get the late '80s' spinoff-movies were, but the show? I've heard it was quite praised when it aired. (it was even my live-action introduction to The Incredible Hulk, even though I'm born in the late '90s, but I remember it airing in reprise on TV in the early 2000s, and I watched with my family)
