Didn't work for me, which is depressing. Left a screwdriver bridging the connectors and just going to leave it there for a while, and see what happens. Thanks for the video.

Thank you for the feedback! if you wish to support the channel you can LIKE or SUB or both :P regarding your question: Ok, you may have a different bios chip, try this two method: #1. remove the charger remove the battery, and then remove the bios battery and short the connector and at the same time press and hold the power button for 30-60sec. #2. remove the BIOS battery only and the main battery, plug in the charger and short the Bios battery pins and at the same time power on and quickly press or tapping on F2 to get the bios with bios pins shorted, once in the bios let go of the short. this are the methods we use in the store to reset, also if when you try to go to bios and asks for pass word and when you input 3 times wrong and at the end it gives you a random CODE, if so give me the code and i can get you a master key password,
