Thanks!!! Im from Argentina and had the same problem in the same notebook... Fact: if you are using the 3.0 usb port it will not work... connect the pendrive to another usb

Hey man. I have the exact same laptop and I came here because I had some problems with the usb. Surprisingly enough you used windows 10 installation as an example which is exactly what I'm trying to do. But the installation media said: "this pc can't run windows 10". But I have the exact same laptop model that is in this video. Did you install it on yours?

@@thepcphone I have the same problem. My laptop's screen is broken and I using an external one, but it doesn't show any image till the OS is up and it's imposible to see the bios. I tried unplugging the screen cable conected to the board but it start beeping and it doesn't show anything on the secondary screen, and also tried closing the screen after turning it on and was an unsucceful attempt. I'll be forever grateful of you have any solution to it.

Hi Even when is disable is does not work. Do i have to update my BIOS.

You may try but a bit careful when you're going to update the bios. Make sure your charger is connected, and you do have the correct bios also do not interrupt the process when the updating process already started.
