Good day bud , I admire all your work and expertise as well as your formidable experience in repairing tech , I have a faulty Compaq CQ58 and it's totally dead , had the laptop for about 7 years and it's a good one for my work and suddenly just no longer comes on not even a charging light , I did open the laptop up and saw one mostfet by charging port was busted so I removed it and still not working , same issue ,no charging light ,totally dead , please help SIR ?

hello AR, howsit? awesome work. I have a dell vostro 2521 which had a bios issue (single beep, no display, can't get into bios), I tried flashing bios via USB and the 'end' key. The laptop had 1 beep with 1sec delay and 1 beep with 2sec delay which indicates bios was flashing but after a long time after power led was just flashing and i couldn't switch off via power button and disconnected PSU, now there is no life even when holding 'end' key when inserting PS (fan used to run 100%) . 19.7V input present, 5v and 3.4v VALWP present but 5v and 3.4v VLP missing. any idea where to troubleshoot? TIA
