INSTALLATION & REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS:
- STEP-1: Avoid static discharge by grounding yourself using a wrist grounding strap or by touching a bare metal surface like a connector on the back of the laptop and remove all of the power including the battery and power adapter.

This video helps fill the gaps in the Dell Owner's Manual. I appreciated the demonstration of where to press to release the palm rest without the risk of marring the sides with attempts to pry it open. I had the joy of removing the palm rest after a screw from the hard drive caddy fell into a gap in the body. This is a threat that wasn't as pronounced in older, bulkier notebooks... One item that I missed was the extra screw at the top left of the battery bay (see 0:44). It doesn't secure the 38Wh battery, so I did not remove it while following the Owner's Manual. You can see it in this video and it does connect the palm rest to the body. This isn't labeled as a PR screw, so it's easy to miss this one.

Can i replace the keybord without flash to keybord with flash ?? Or i need instal difrent palmrest and then use keybord with flash. Question did palmrest will have the same hols for scriudrives.
