it didn't work, the usb ports keep working only a couple of minutes after turning on the laptop, then they stop working.

So, I have two identical TB-16 docking stations (1 home, 1 office). My office one works perfectly. My home one, the USB ports and Ethernet port do not work. Any ideas?

Dell, how about making a thunderbolt docking station with a flexible cable? Thanks to your horrendous cable my laptop's thunderbolt port is now loose. Dell makes junk and never supports their customers. Don't belive me? Just look at the Dell website regarding this issue that many customers are experiencing.
