Andre and Elizabeth Kertezh. These must be very wealthy, influential individuals if they gave the show enough money to be mentioned separately instead of being lumped in with us plebes in the "viewers like you" part. That, or this show, the Newshour, and a few others were the prototype to Patreon.

Yes, but I noticed one thing wrong about the Andy Warhol version, and that is probably the surprising lack of The ANDY WARHOL Foundation for the Visual Arts being listed as a funder.

00:43 That's Bill St. James voiceover. His voice was Nickelodeon/Nick at Nite and WCBS-TV promos in the 80s 02:22 That's Gene Galusha voiceover. Galusha narrated The New Detectives and did voiceovers for PBS and Annenberg/CPB Project programs

Not only that, Mr. Galusha did the voiceovers for "The MacNeil/Lehrer Report" from 1980-1983 and "The MacNeil/Lehrer Newshour" from 1983-1984 and 1989-1991.

Man, I wish I grew up when the American Masters funding credits were on the red background with the faded logo and the fireworks and the fancy cursive writing at the end. I think that version began in 2007 and continued into either 2015 or 2016 or 2017.
