I agree...nothing "fake" about the crema with this unit vs. a Jura or Breville. THe espresso crema, or foam, is made the same way...pressure. No mysterious "fake crema" generator. Also, you say that you would not fill it up with more water to make a Café Longo, but then you do and say this is how it's done. And the steamer works fine, and you would most certainly need it to make a Cappuccino. Confusing review. I think you are trying to say it doesn't make as flavorful as a professional machine...I'd agree, but then it's obvious it's a home use unit and not a professional one.

The steam is awesome, but you need to know how to use it ( I was a barista 15 years ago). Trust me it works great!

Listen I got to say I'm no cappuccino or espresso Guru but I made a cappuccino with this machine and it was amazing. better than anything I've ever gotten at Starbucks and the frother worked absolutely fine. it gave microfome bubbles it was like an E's to make frothing with that steamer I have no idea what this guy's complaints are and why he complains the way does unless he's a CEO of a company that's their competitor but I honestly couldn't say I'd complain about the machine and the crema was awesome. I mean the flavor that came out of that coffee it just lit up my pallet that's all I got to say about it personally. I also think there's too much hype on these professional machines they might Outlast this machine but I don't think they do any better. I could be wrong I'm not saying I'm right but in my opinion I don't think a professional machine makes any better a cup of cappuccino or espresso then this machine at least not in my experience.

I have this machine and I use Lavazza Rossa ground, which makes a real Italian espresso crema. The taste all depends on the ground you use.

What about milk foaming??

I don't like this video, it does not make justice to the machine and it's kind of pointless comparing it with a professional one, the value/price difference it's huge, unless that you are expecting to buy a professional one at that price, which is ludacris. I have one of this, it works great, great value and work as intended, about the steamer, the only complain that could possible be it's that is really small the space for the pitcher. About the tamper, it's not bad, it a bit uncomfortable and I recommend getting a separate tamper if you plan on using the machine a lot. If you are a beginner this machine will do the work.

You've to use Italian coffe for drink good coffe. The machine is good..... And there is fake crema cause you use a bad coffe America style... Ciao

Useless video!" Fake crema theory" (as previously said) is, a fake "fake crema theory". "Steam is useless", are you kidding? It's a very good coffee machine... it's just a negative video.
