wow just b4 I saw your comment I got goosebumps too as that plane took off and for all the planes that take off here at BGR it is a tossup between the 757 and the C5A which I like the sound of the most

I remember when my favorite plane N666DL wasn't showing up for a while as well. Then it showed back up with a fresh paint job so it could be getting that done to it.

I have done so a countless amount of times. I like sound of big narrow chord blade fans. I think they sound better. The PW2000 is my favorite engine for sound along with the CFM56-5A/B. This is MY opinion. If it were not for sound and annoying Rolls Royce "fanboys" that know nothing about turbine engines, I would have no preference of brand.

Julio Romeresto Exactly, I personally like the 2000 as well. I like the idle whine and the groan at full. The 211 sounds cool, I think it has a better onboard sound.
