DMZ is a gamemode type just like battle royale is one. Just like capture the flag or holding a point. So the devs can make the mode similar to DMZ but with their own ideas added to it. This gamemode is tarkov combined with PUBG combined with DMZ in the Delta force franchise. that's why the mode is fun.

Literally man, this is literally the only time console players are gonna get anything close to tarkov, and everyone here is trying to moan about it being too hardcore and not like DMZ. If you want DMZ play warzone. Why ruin it for everyone else who actually wants this kind of game? If they do start listening to these people and make it like warzone that's gonna be so annoying, probably waiting another five years for a extraction game on console

eft and abi is slow tactical delta force is way closer to dmz and battlefield with much faster pace that focus on reaction, so if your ttk is so fast that you have no time to react then the current ttk doesn't suit the game, you already have abi so you can play that

Agreed with everything above, what sent me was the crying about the ttk after pushing players who had better cover/angles. At that point it’s not a ttk issue…

I believe they should add the armours to the team v team gamemode but purely as cosmetics. If there are 4 levels of armor, each armor level can correspond with each class. For example, the support class can get the bigger heavier armor whilst the recon gets the lighter armor. This can help with the identification of classes while maintaining character customization freedom. It could also be beneficial for reducing the learning curve for the extraction mode by making players familiar with the look of the different armor levels, making the transition for casual players new to extraction players more comfortable.

Dude. I cant wait for the game. If it's actually good? F-ck yeah. The Game and load of content is just crazy. Multiplayer like Tdm etc. Conquest in Battleifeld size and an good Extraktion Mode where content is still messing due to testing. Uf they are cooking like they seem to, then it could be THE Game. I cant wait to hop in

I like the ttk how it is...I think this game is a good mix of casual and hardcore...I like that it feels easy to jump into and accessable but I like how punishing and smart you have to be in engagements...I've always liked more hardcore games with fast ttk tho, like 1 or 2 shot kill kinda games, used to play hardcore battlefield too...idk maybe that's just me tho...I think the way armor works needs some work but I really hope they keep the damage the way it is...idk that's just me tho

@@user-nh6tk6xz5cI'm with you. DMZ was fun but the gear fear isn't there and it doesn't have the depth like this to keep someone like myself interested. And those that did stay with it and complete all the missions, like one of my work supervisors and his crew, just turned to wiping lobbies. And DMZ's massive map was good but doing "smaller" individual maps leads to newer and more varied locations sooner

I think it would be better without the "good" ammo. Different tiers of armor would accomplish the same thing but be much easier to balance.

Agreed. I think ammo could provide additional benefits like better penetration through cover, velocity, damage range, etc. but standard damage should just be consistent and simply require more or less damage based on the armour you’re facing.

there are armor field repair kits, the problem is that stod and the rest of his friends don't like to carry them due to the space they take up in their inventory (plus the repair quality isn't the best compared to just going back to the stash and doing full repairs of different tiers.)

The TTK looks much to fast, this brings out to much spray and pray types that cant keep their aim for more than a second. i dont want to die to a shot to my toe.

I do wish they could marry the excitement that came from DMZ's exfils into this game. The exfils are wholly unique to DMZ and are such a rush every time. Too bad DMZ just lacked depth to keep me coming back, especially once it was obvious they weren't going to support it long-term. This is looking exactly what I was hoping DMZ would be and have been waiting for since. Can't wait to play this

If you want an dmz GO PLAY DMZ, This is a new game, new game; new rules. If you don't like it go play dmz. Don't try to change this game to a dmz clon. Thats the problem of youtubers like this, they want every new game be like others to be more comfortable to them. When a youtuber see a little more difficulty for them they start crying. you are ridiculous, enjoy the game, adapt or go play warzone. Don't be toxic. After a match be sure of what lvl of armour, ammo and helmet you are bring with you, this is not cod. PD: It's obvious that you are a warzone player 🤣🤣🤣🤣
