At the :07 mark, the plane flying kind of low over city buildings brings up some 9/11 memories, and that's a risky move by an advertiser. Probably not a great choice of shots to put into this one. #opinion

They don't "care" where they fly they go where they make money and cancel flights that don't. Of course, they monopolize as much as possible so they don't have to have competitive fares. LOL, as if airlines actually CARE about destinations, that's so funny that in 2023 people still don't get it. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT MONEY! HELLOOOOOO!?!

Yeah, great, nice video. Problem is it just took 14 hours to accomplish a trip comprising 4 hours ACTUAL flying time. That is ridiculous and unacceptable. The final leg took off 2 hours after it was originally scheduled to arrive at my destination. It's not even a 2 hour flight, guys. We didn't merely change gates, but went to an entirely different terminal. They literally bumped an entire flight without explaining what was going on or offering passengers options to change their plans or taking any responsibility for an obviously huge logistical mistake. Of course, the corporate scumbags know just how to get around the various laws intended to protect passengers from this kind of disgusting treatment. Just remember they will do whatever they can to take your money and deliver the absolute worst experience you will tolerate. As long as you let them get away with it, why wouldn't they? Of course, they get all defensive and cop an attitude if you dare to ask for an update or explanation. Clearly they are not very bright people at the actual gate who are trained to obfuscate, misdirect and frankly lie to customers. Look, reasonable compromises are to be expected with commercial air travel. But there needs to be a line drawn when companies knowingly manipulate scenarios to defraud passengers. Remember when theyd get you on a plane and sit you there for 6 hours until they were good and ready to fly? We'll were headed back to that kind of BS treatment of passengers so choose wisely. Thanks a lot, Pete. Talk about asleep at the wheel...

That last clip they showed her in first class traveling the world which would cost $6,000 per trip. They should have made it more realistic, crammed in coach with not an inch of wiggle room. Suffer peasants to make more money for the higher ups.

Might as well have said "Looking for a better world? Don't choose Delta." That would have been perfect.

Hey Delta…how about you focus on hiring pilots based on their skill level and experience. Not based on their skin color and diversity quotas. The singule most important qualifier I have for the pilot of the plane I am going to be flying on is skill. I would’ve thought that passenger safety was your primary concern, but as has come to light recently your main concern is apparently filling in diversity, equity, and inclusion quotas. At least I know now who I will never fly with again.
