@@DeltaHighlights Maybe I'm in the minority, but I much prefer watching players slip and fall or score silly own goals to players taking baseball swings and cross checks to the head

Just yesterday, at a public hockey session in my area, one of the guys forgot to take off one of his skate guards and he fell. He was fine and even laughed it off

I remember my first year of hockey when I was 11 one of my first hockey practices I wore my skate guards out haha

same happened to a teammate of mine during a tournament’a final, when they present every player. shit was funny as hell😂

This happened to me in the Chicago Bauer tournament when I was a kid. Finals of the tournament got all pumped up listening to the music on the speakers and ran out with my guards on. I’m a goalie too so no one could see I had them on still. I fell right away then got up and somehow managed to skate to the bench before noticing I left them on.

Me too. I grew up figure skating and once I stepped on to the rink with a skate guard, absolutely ate it, competed with a bloody nose, and still took home the gold. Never give up

At least there was only one that looked staged, the one with the black skate cover. He held his leg in the air immediately to make it obvious what caused his fail, seemed pre-planned
