@@NoSkill_fr basically,, kris is animated frame by frame (which means that everything is hand drawn). everything else is puppet animated (a different way to animate, usually in newer animation). the reference is that they’re puppets, hence puppet animation is used

I like how this is very much a Spamton song, not a Spamton Neo song. It’s meant to be his first interaction with Kris, and thus is much more upbeat and optimistic, similar to Spamton (the song). Also, Alex has already proven himself to be the superior Spamton voice, so this is just splendid.

IMO, Stupendium's Spamton voice is pretty much just... Stupendium's voice. Not to say that it doesn't fit, quite the opposite, but it's still fairly similar to the voices from their other songs. I think Alex is probably my favorite voice for Spamton purely because he voiced (to my knowledge) every single Spamton line instead of just a few or just fanmade lyrics, so I can more easily picture his voice behind Spamton. There's a big debate to be had over who voices Spamton considering how popular of a character he is, but in general I think Alex voices him the best.

I imagine this is really confusing to the one person watching it who hasn't played Deltarune. Deltarune is like a fever dream out of context but makes perfect sense in context until it decides to show you fever dreams at random intervals just to gradually put you into such a strange mindset that you start to actually understand the fever dreams. And then I remembered that the inspiration for Deltarune was a dream Toby had when he was sick as a kid so I guess it really is a fever dream.

I love the animation of Kris in juxtaposition of Spamton. It's so fluid and really captures just how traumatized they are and that they can't leave no matter how bad they want to. That compared to Spamton's glitchiness is just *chef's kiss*

The beauty of the community creations is they each have their own take and give you a chance to evaluate your own stance. I just realised “I’d rather die than be a robot” is a very powerful line. Spamton is disheartened as he realises he is being controlled by invisible strings. However just as valid, try as he might he is forever bound to a higher power by inherent design. He is a robot. He will forever take commands or die trying because the law of what he is forbids him from free will. Deltarune makes you realise that with deprived choice you are not so different to Spamton.

I love how in the end, Spamton says "It's not over yet, here we go!". It's reminiscent of the end of the Spamton Neo fight (if you attack him), when he tries to convince the gang that Spamton is only going to his second form. In reality, the song ends and Spamton is unassembled, like how the Spamton falls apart shortly after he announces he's only beginning.

EVERYTHING about this is amazing. Kris freaking out, the glitchy and bitcrushed parts of the vocals, the parts of the instrumental that freak out and glitch, the song in general, such good art, lyrics are fitting, the way Neo Spamton's head twitches, the puppetlike movement - I'm obsessed.

I love how Spamton is animated via puppet animation, while not only being a CLEAR reference to how spamton is being held by strings, a *puppet.* and of course how nearly all of UNDERTALE is animated in a battle.
