It's beautiful that he spoke out. People think that men, athletes and wealthy people are invulnerable to it, but it's not true. Everyone can fall into anxiety and depression.

Russell Wilson look at his playoff numbers. Not that bad. He's averaging 23 points on 45 percent shooting in the playoffs. The raptors only lost in the first round in 14-15. Dez Hamp or possibly having to be gone from family for a lot of the season. Having to be constantly in front of media. After you make over somewhere around 50-70 thousand it does not make you happier just because you have money. A good and secure amount for you and your family is important but excess does not buy you everything you need inside.

I went from being super depressed not wanting to live anymore. To on top of the world happy with life with 0 drugs used...its all about choosing to be happy instead of down full of negativity. Pride stubbornness and not being honest to your self are killers. Helping others is a very great feeling and you never know how many people you might change just by one random act of kindness.

I use to have depression in my early stages of my childhood. As soon as I began to eating healthy and take vitamins man it helped a lot. I use to eat a lot of junk food and deprived myself of good diet. Good diet & taking vitamins helped me so much man. Ever since those change I'm very happy everyday .

Thank you very much to both you and Kevin Love have done! Its very hard dealing and talking about depression and anxiety. For years and years I felt so alone but I never talked about it because it made me feel weak. So for a long period of time I just pretend those feelings were not there but they were tearing me apart. It was very selfish and ultimately ended up hurting myself and the ones who cared about me. I thank you both for sharing your experience and reaching out to speak openly about a topic that effects so many.

Man I am suffering from depression for 20 years. Its so hard if you cant overcome it. Sports and Fitness helped me to sustain my sanity. There is a time I keep hurting myself (like punching) and even my wife couldnt understand my struggles.

EVERYONE deals with mental health issues at some point. Everyone. I have no clue why there is a stigma. I’ve had anxiety for quite a long time. I always speak out about it. It’s not embarrassing. It’s not weird. It’s terrifying and others are going through it thinking that they are different or alone. You’re not alone ! Speak up and let people in - you’re normal !
