Another episode of KG CERTIFIED is here and Kevin Garnett once again sits down with another ultra-talented, fiery big man in DeMarcus Cousins. KG and Boogie discuss how Cousins' transcended the position with his skills, talk about the state of the league, and the current status of college hoops. Plus, they talk about his time at Kentucky and the stigma surrounding Cousins.

I followed Boogie on Instagram and told him that my daddy love his game and attitude ( don’t back down). On his birthday, I asked Boogie for an autographed picture and he mailed his picture. My daddy cried with joy and admiration for Boogie’s kindness. In 2020 my daddy passed and I put Boogie’s picture and Coach Cal’s book with him. He’s in Heaven with his favorite memories. Thanks Boogie, Go Big Blue and your compassion

I've met him in Lexington and don't doubt your story one bit. He was extremely humble and appreciative of his fans. I always hated the reputation he had. The dude had an attitude on the court because he was competitive. Off the court he was as good of a dude as you could find imo.

He had his mom giving him great advice at very specific moments in his life, he had the AAU coach who basically changed his whole life, he had the dude at Kentucky, he was roomates with John Wall which obviously was a concious decisions by the coach, yet he is there complaining how he didnt have anyone. He has to realize that he had plenty of people who gave him chances that most people never had. What he needs to realize his chip on his shoulder comes from much earlier childhood when his father wasnt there.
