Demellier Santorino Raffia Tote | Why I Have to Return!

Good day!
Today, I am back with a full review of the Demellier London Santorini Raffia Tote and why I am returning it.
Although the bag is beautiful, I cannot appreciate the lack of care concerning leather straps and trim. They are not symmetrical, which takes away from the overall aesthetic of the bag. That said, I recommend this bag because you can always purchase in person or return it if your bag arrives with similar defects. It really is a quite lovely bag, save for the leather trim not being stitched evenly.

Straw bags are that way, they are never even lol😂. Because of the unique of the ways the straw are different in each of their own way.

The straw weave is fine. I was talking about the leather, as I pointed out in the video. The straps were sewn onto the bag uneven. If it was merely the weave, I would have kept it for sure because the material was of great quality.

The bag is nice and I love the way it looks even with the outfit you have on. You know I love a big bag and I like the thickness of the leather, but I do understand how those imperfections would 'send you' if you kept it.

Beauty, I feel you! Have the same - ocd about symmetry 😂 It’s a great bag, but for that amount they should put more effort.🎉

Right! It’s such a lovely bag so I wish the straps were straight.

That would bother me a lot too. It's still hundreds of dollars, so I would expect symmetry on the leather pieces.

Right! You only have to sew straight. I understand the raffia being more organic in shape, but the leather? No thanks! It’s unfortunate though because the material really was good!
