Good businesses should have "the customer is always right" attitude. But this isn't that scenario. Yes, customers can be rude and sloppy, but when you lose the ability to just be patient with customers you run the risk of treating well-meaning people (paying good money) like shit. it's happening more and more. And good people who ask to speak to the manager are treated terribly like they're Karens when in reality the workers (who took the good paying money) act like the business is there to give them a paycheck and the customers are in the way. It lacks dignity and insults good people who work hard for their money and don't deserve some 20yr old snob who thinks the worker is always right when they're not.

This is the new DL maybe. I work at a college and as recent years have passed, it's gotten more and more like this. Students in the 90s just did what was asked of them and life was easy. In the 2010's, OMFG, the triggered nonsense was out of hand. Good workers who simply tried to keep order in certain study areas were treated like trash because of all preciousness in young people now. Work environments in colleges got really toxic because of it. It's gotten slightly better though, since Gen Zs are slightly kinder and less uptight than Milennials though. Milennials (when college age) were constantly on the "DL".

You guys have created this toxic sickness that the way to deal with a misunderstanding or less-than-ideal shopping experience is to go online and Yelp or Tweet about it. It removes the right of workers to make it right or clear up musinderstanding. You know, act like adults. The shaming of customers who wish to speak to a manager and calling them Karens has created this monster that Demu Lovato took to its extreme form Shes just doing what everyone else does now: avoiding talking to people one on one. Be adults. Stop being cowards rating and publicly shaming (and naming) workers online and just talk to the manager. Only bad workers and bad managers dont want to talk to customers. @nickkiwhite63423 жыл бұрын
@@isisbeatriz9110 but eating sugar is something I feel guilty about for good reason. Diabetics have to calculate there own insulin judging on everything that's eaten and every activity you do. So having something which doesn't cause any added stress or guilt that it could in the long term do some serious damage is good . guilt free means something completely different to myself. As a child I learnt the hard way cause I wanted to be like my friends and would sneak chocolate and sweets then rushed to ICU with ketoacidosis which is very dangerous and could have killed me .the guilt of watching my mum worrying so much made me realise that I had to grow up and realise that I'm different I can't just eat what I want and when . And she said we should have labeling saying for diabetics ,when there's a reason there's sugar free(diet )and no added sugar. No added sugars means theres sugars in their just none added in (like fruit juices etc ) and we need to know that so we can work out our insulin ratios for that particular food. Sugar free (diet)means we don't have to worry about any added calculations being needed so no extra jags . So guilt free foods would give me a sense of relief .btw I also understand why the phrase can be triggering for other health conditions but the way she went about this was wrong.
