Demi is one of the few artists that actually expresses her feelings with songs. She shows reality. There are so many girls who suffer from the same problems as she is. In "Sober" she sings that she would rather have wanted to be a role model but she is ... Not just for me but for many more people. Demi is just honest about her struggles. Struggling in life is not that bad, life is supposed to be the way is turns out... If you couldn"t handle it, it wouldn"t have come on your plate... Own it, it's your struggle, make sure you get out of it in a positive way.

I remember being so hooked on this guy in 8th grade and I was so sad and depressed cause of him and then in 9th grade I heard this song I felt so confident and so much better and now I turned all tht sadness into power!! It’s funny how much music can help you❤️
