Demi. I was at a huge Niche store today. The store lady is THE fragrance expert of the whole major city. She said once Estee Lauder took over Tom Ford, Fredric Malle, Kilian they replace 3 to 5 main natural notes with lab fabricated formulations to save $. Also the performance dropped 30% to 50% on average. There is a big sign on the counter talking about Estee Lauder faking the ingredients of companies that got bought. The clerk has been in fragrance business over 20 years and she is very caring and honest.

I do not like them as a holding company it's greed almost as if they have some private equity money now and they are so bottom line driven . I know they have spent a lot to release new more appealing cosmetics to not be the old lady brand but I just hate how they've literally watered down for profit

I'm a guy and my all-time fragrances for women are Carolina Herrera Good Girl, YSL Libre, YSL Black Opium, Tom Ford Lost Cherry, Baccarat Rouge 540, and the new Creed Carmina. My girlfriend drives me nuts when she wears these. I find myself with my arms around her 24/7 in public because those scents are just that good lol.

Oh my, I bought Rouge trafalgar while I was in Paris this summer. And I wore it to dinner on a very hot evening while in Nice, and I felt so fresh and clean after putting it on. Great smelling perfume.

Love the idea of this kind of videos! I totally get a coconut feel from Guidance. For me was an absolute love but I found that in hot and humid weather changed a lot and it pulled very sour and sharp on my skin. I think I'll keep her for spring and fall. Please keep the series going! ❤

Can you please do an Australia girl video? I spent a month in Australia in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane/Gold Coast (unfortunately not Perth) when my sister was living there and I loved the way Aussie girls dress up and look polished in an effortless-looking lovely way. Confident but not snobby.

Rouge Trafalgar is tops. I blind bought it and it was an instant love. I think it is so sophisticated in high heat and it lasts on me forever. Also, it has a sexy drydown and I find it to be a huge compliment getter while being office appropriate at the same time.

I'd layered Mojave Ghost with Dama Bianca, as on my skin, the violet is so prominent in both. When I first tried Guidance, I got a few seconds of nausea and a strong honey note but ten minutes later, I couldn't stop sniffing it. Hubby loves it too and he's not a fragrance fan x

I'm with you, I don't follow big celebrities really, never seen the Kardashians, but do like influencers. I like Mancera Rose Vanille, the others I haven't smelled yet. And Someone in a fragrance group I am in on Facebook said Guidance has a note that smells like "clean lady parts" also 😂😂

La colle noir is also a favorite of mine, but rouge Trafalgar is also in my collection. Dama Bianca is a must when it’s not searing hot outside, and levant is absolutely one of my favorites. I bought a small size of solar blossom, love it but it disappears on my skin after a couple of hours 😢

Demi did you ever try Stella EDP from Stella McCartney? Best fresh rose scent ever. Of course was discontinued. Have never found anything to replace it. Mandarin top notes, Rose Absolue and Peony middle, amber base. Perfection.

Good Girl Blush is such a pretty girl perfume. Not my vibe, but lovely! Fleur Narcotique is one of my all time favorites though. That peony and orange blossom is the most beautiful I’ve ever smelled!

Loubidoo is a super cute fragrance. I bought it when it came out and the Louboutin SA told me that is was made to layer with Loubifunk. On its own, Loubidoo is very strawberry, fresh like Demi mentioned. If you layer it with Loubifunk it rounds out the scent to be a bit more balanced and sweet. I have all three Delinas and I don't get Delina at all from this. I get Delina from Guidance (which I also have).

I had the same reaction to Guidance, got sick to my stomach the first few times and I continued to try it because I was stuck with the bottle. I tired it in store and loved it, bought it home and had that sickening reaction but kept on trying and it grew on me. i am fine with it now and I do like it - maybe not a love but it is a like 😊

A good Fleur Narcotique dupe is Elie Saab Le Parfum in White. FN is a little brighter on opening but they smell SO SO similar and longevity is better for LPW. I also think Oriana and Delina La Rose would be pretty girl perfumes.

Loubidoo and coach love the new one in the brute red bottle have the exact same notes. I have the coach one and it’s the best scent I ever smelt. I even wear it to bed. And I usually can’t cuz scents give me a migraine when I sleep with them on and coach doesn’t. Can you do a dupe video on those two to see if there is a difference in the scents???

I don't buy LV perfumes, the are gone with the wind. I work 5 minutes from a LV store in downtown Manhattan. I spray one of their perfume that I wanted to buy...at $300. By the time i walk back to my office, the smell was gone...gone in 5 minutes. I never bought it. I bought Le Capitale per your review, and Le Capitale lasts all say long. I bought dama Bianca per your reviews as well. I will blind buy perfumes you recommend because I like "most" of the perfumes you review. I have never been disappointed.

I really want Louboutin Loubirouge for my fall/winter going out type fragrence, but the cost is just out of my price range for something I probably wouldn't wear often! Do you know anything that's very similar without the super ridiculous price point? I just ordered DUA Rouge DUA, which is a dupe house and I never order dupes. I tried a tiny sample about 6 months ago and cant stop thinking about it 😅 Also am slightly obsessed with LV Afternoon Swim, but it lasts about 20 minutes on my skin, sadly. I would love to find something very similar to AS that lasted longer! Recommendations are greatly appreciated ✨️

Demi is Fleur Narcotique Extrait the exact same scent as Fleur Narcotique but just stronger? Or do you find the Extrait to be a bit different? My bottle of the original is almost finished and I am wondering which version to purchase. I don't have an Ex Nihilo counter in my city so I order direct from the brand without testing first.
