@@NalitaQubitif anything, Garland may appoint a Special Counsel or Prosecutor. Garland's been a huge disappointment is an understatement. After Bill Barr, I had such high hopes for Garland. He looked good on paper, but that's where it ended. We needed and still need a DOJ that has an active appetite for justice regardless of party affiliation. He isn't the person for the job this country required for the past 4 years.

You only need a simple majority in the House to issue an Article of Impeachment. The Democrats might be able to pull that off. But the Democrats barely control the Senate, and will never have the two thirds majority in the Senate needed to do anything about Thomas. The SC judges are untouchable.

True, but he will be a disgraced Supreme Court justice and for someone like Thomas, that will hurt his ego and current status with rich benefactors. He will be a nobody who was used and tossed out when no longer needed. Thomas impresses me as someone who carries a chip on his shoulder for past treatment. He attended prestigious schools and was not rewarded as he thought his White counterparts were. In his mind,he was better than other people no matter their race and never considered how other people Black or otherwise faces challenges. I admit this is supposition on my part; it is my opinion based on available public information, his behavior and actions. He is a sad human being.

Alternatively you could get 3/4 of all states to sign off on the amendment. I am a German citizen that watches your show and other shows like yours regularly and I totally agree on your thoughts.I studied the rise of Hitler and there were three crucial points to this rise: First the support of the radical movement by the industry and big money. Seconds the embracement and cowardice of the conservatives and mainstream politicians and third: the weakness of the Democratic forces and the reluctance to take the threat seriously. All three are happening in America right now. it’s mind-boggling and scary. America has a great Constitution Germany of the 30s didn’t have a very good constitution. Your founding fathers even wrote the right thing into the constitution. It was amazing to see that the corrupt Supreme Court turned it down. Trump should not even be on the ballot right now.

They did the same thing with Kavanaugh. They set up a hotline for complaints on him with 4500 messages left on it. Then gave the recordings to trump and that was that. Never heard anything about that again.

Contacting your congressional office actually DOES have an impact. All those contacts are cataloged and put into spreadsheets, and other manner of compilation. It helps Congress understand where their constituents stand on any given issue.
