Ive worked in our dementia population for over 25 yrs. This is a sad case of elder abuse. Ive tried calling obsbudsman and elder abuse hotlines with no success. I am a mandated reporter,Jill is also a mandated reporter,any doctor around him around him.charges need to be brought to these caretakers
