HaHa ... I live in something similar in the UK. I had land and could not build a house ( very strict planning laws in the UK) so I bought a (Static Home as called in the UK)...or trailer if you prefer. I have my own 20-acre plot with views of the Welsh mountains and an elevated view of a River. I grow my own food and rear my own meat. I have zero debt.....and I am self-employed in forestry work. I've never understood the animosity people have with trailers or those that live in them considering the majority of those who want a simple, easier debt-free existence. Where a person chooses or is made to live does not define them, however, the idiotic comments that people make certainly define them!

To you people, I say, just who do you think you are, to make such ridiculous assumptions about people!? My Mother lived in a beautiful double wide mobile home on her own land and I can assure you, that a finer lady never walked the earth! Shame on you, people.

You make that look easy. That trailer was better than a lot of them here in Alabama. I can't imagine trying to heat an old trailer in the NY winter. I lived in one in college and all I could afford to heat was one bed room.

living within your means sometimes a trailer is better than nothing....we all can't be rich it doesn't make you a bad person.

Having that bottom jaw on that bucket makes such a big difference. Not just for picking up big volumes but also for micro picking out stuff to put on the side.

You can sell used trailers like this in the south for 2500-6000 or make a trailer park.

Fantastic video and editing. Do you really do this too, or do you have help? The view point and point of action is always outstanding, keeps a person’s interest, always enjoyed watching construction as a kid. I think this is like adult video candy, lol, almost addictive lol. Thanks for taking the time (lots of extra time moving cameras around and stopping to make extra in-depth videos).

I tore down my grandma's trailer 2 years ago. I had 3 brothers ripping off the tin siding and wiring while me and 4 friends knocked down walls with sawzalls and sledgehammers. Wish we had an excavator to at least break down the big stuff, damn a 40yard dumpster fills up fast.

Imagine getting paid to use an excavator to demo a trailer and weigh in the scrap, win, win win. Another fine Video, Andrew.

Remember to always ask local fire departments if they could use building up for demo for practice first. Helps them, and makes for an easier job too.
