All of the coverage in BTN is just amazing, but this one stands out because it tackles one of the most pervasive narratives during most armed conflicts, which is the focus on the suffering on women and children. There is good reason for this, as societies tend to feel more sympathy for elements of society perceived as 'weak' and in need of protection, and also because in many armed conflicts, combatants are overwhelmingly adult men. However, this is not a normal armed conflict, as the ICJ has rightly determined and there is this notion that as long as women and children are spared, men are fair game. At this point, all metrics of human suffering are off the charts and need to be denounced, condemned and treated as such. I5ra3l and its complicit allies have to be taken out of power and brought to a criminal court for trial and conviction for crimes against humanity. Free Palestine!

They're still racist towards black and brown people. Only for Askenazi Jews they've made an exception for their personal interests which is weird because most western countries closed their borders on the European Jews fleeing the Nazis and Lord Balfour himself was quite a well known antisemite. It's not that they care about racism against Jews because if they cared about that, there wouldn't have been far right racist parties in Europe and in the US. They care about Israel as their white settler colony in the Middle East to control the region for them. Israel allows them to keep the region from democratizing.

What's so honorable about Palestinian families is their love for their historic Ancestral beautiful Palestinian stone homes and sacred places, their dedication to agriculture and feeding their families, their artistic talents, and dedication to their faith both Christian and Muslim. Anyone who grew up around the Arab community and who may have had had grandparents from this part of the world needs to understand these women are so strong and smart and can get thru everything. In June, Israel approved the development of Gaza Marine, the strip of water off the Gazan coast containing an estimated 1tn cubic feet of natural gas. Offshore Technology said the field would produce about 2.4bn dollars in royalties and profits for Palestine during its lifetime. Jan 22, 2024, I think they want their natural gas as well.

Do palestinians need feminism as understood by the west? What they need is justice, freedom to live a decent life with their families, meaning having access to all daily needs, water, food, schools, healthcare, livingspace in short. P. S. Feminism is a concept unknown and not needed in a functioning muslim society.

Aren’t all societies colonies of people. Why is the word colonial…..considered a special evil group. How is it different than clan or tribe? Tribes don’t discriminate, clan’s don’t discriminate? Which groups of people don’t discriminate? Only western cultures discriminate? Muslims don’t discriminate? They don’t murder Christians in Africa? Murdering Christians is not discrimination? Broaden your vision on discrimination… every society discriminates. Focus on the macro not micro… it is very misleading….even women discriminate against other humans!! Government giving women privilege cards that men don’t have (ie loans) is discrimination.

Discussions covering specific topics are done all the time. It was brought up that everyone is suffering terribly. This video, however, is a discussion on the backwards feminism happening with regards to this conflict, how there are excuses being made to continue this genocide on the premise that Palestinian men subjugate their women, that Palestinian men are rapists of white women. This talk, today, is about racist feminism and the women of Palestine. Are we allowed to have a discussion about a specific topic or no?
