I'm always amazed at how resilient and unforgiving Mother Nature can be... she reclaimed this property pretty quick. In another year or so, you probably wouldn't even tell a house was there, and would probably collapse.

Always a treat to see the Three Amigos in action. I love your work ethic. Here you are, telling us the your customer is planning to have the buildings demolished, but then I notice you and Josh cutting the vines off the building’s sides. And that house doesn’t look all the old. I noticed the satellite dishes on the roof. Just looks like it was horribly maintained. Willie has handling that Ventrac down to a science and you, pardon the term, are a master mulcher. The way you guys work so well together makes it such a pleasure to sit down and watch you in action. By the way, I have to agree with Gman, it would be an absolute shame to demolish that house. Looks like with some renovation it can be restored to its former beauty.

Absolute shame that they want to demolish that house. Can't tell what it is like on the inside, but the foundation looks solid and aside from older windows and some rot on the fascia, it looks like it could be renovated. Maybe the owner wants to build a McMansion overlooking the pond. Not surprised UBC took the time to remove all of the vines from the house even though it was slated for demolition.

Hi! I'm from Fire State California. Bet I can answer that for you real easy. Leaving the brush & foliage all up against the ol' house like that would make it easier for embers to fly come burning time. Was real curious about the price to do a job like this? 1200.00 dollars? 3000.00? In L.A. County California it costs approx 500.00 just to trim back some Foliage growing around Home Property in the foothill Mountains near Mt. Wilson.

Tuck Porter this job was HUGE!! He cleared around a huge lake. Took two to three days I believe. I’m sure it was $4,000-$6,000 easily. Lots of hours, equipment, and I think 2-3 days. But couldn’t embers come from parts of the structure itself? Thanks for answering my questions too

@@sethfroman7044 Thanks 4 lettin' me know the realistic job prices there! Well I be watching the current _"Bobcat Fire"_ over here inching closer & closer to my Late Parents' Rental Home (in the Sierra Madre Foothills) and Boy I'll tell you, yep burning structures *can* send up red glowing *embers* as you suggested, but over hanging foliage , once caught fire, will "fly up" into the air like an unstrung Kite.

Looks great as pro should. Maybe a few tips for editing i.e. time lapse, when working after a few passes, film all the guys jobs, before and after shots of areas. Maybe some voice over editing, I know that these are things would make for long days and nights, may help you in the long run, pictures speak many words. Reach out to your subs, ask what kind of (p.o.v.) would they like. P.s. drop a laugh in sometimes. Good luck guys keep up the great content. .yall seem to be very hard-working, honest young men.
