I think the gun show line is my favorite thing in TF2, if only because it makes less sense if you try to think about it. I also find it hilarious to just imagine the demoman at a ticket booth, insisting to use the ticket that isn't his, despite the tickets not being bound to people.

While I do find these lines (and the scotman's stagger) funny, I can't help but feel bad for demo. Many people try to drink away their problems, cause they can't handle it, and end up losing everything they had in theur life, like family and friends (just to make it clear, though, I do know his backstory, and I know it isn't that tragic)

Something hilarious is that Demoman doesn’t drink because he’s depressed, he literally drinks for fun, to never drink water and because it’s his blessed nationality. In reality he’s the happiest man on earth working a large amount of jobs he likes and living in a mansion with his mother and his sword along with millions of money to spend. Another funny thing is in the rare instances he’s not drunk, he’s extremely intelligent and caring being almost the polar opposite of his drunk like self.
