I can understand your anxiety. My cousin's father left home when he was young and he was absent throughout his childhood, my aunt told me that there were days where he was supposed to come to see his son and he just didn't turn up. As a result my cousin had a lot of anxiety that he would be a bad father to his daughter, but she is more important to him than anyone, even so he still fears it will be difficult. I think we must all try to learn from the past, I know it's not always as easy as that, but we must always have hope.

@@hiranyaphukan9731 I lived in a country where hitting your kids was an acceptable form of discipline but it did absolutely nothing to deter bad behavior. If anything, it negatively impacted children’s relationships with their parents and made them more secretive as they got older. Usually parents like her who speak to their children and help them learn wrong from right not only have the most behaved children but have a strong healthy relationship with them. Some kids are more difficult but that’s where parents may need to seek professional help and come up with more creative parenting methods.

@@m-5089 yeah i agree, but it depends, you see im from india...... I hav seen kids slapping their parents not once but thrice... And their parents jst raise their voice trying making them uderstand what they did, but the kids dnt understand they repeat it again......... So at times its necessary to discipline a child for them realize their mistake.... As our great india teacher (CHANAKYA) said frm age 1- 5 love ur child unconditionally, 6-15 is the most crucial part of their lyf ,,,teach them discipline them b lyk a teacher not a parent....but after 15 years b their friend... @@June-tb4vi if you watch other videos there are times she tells Sutan "no" if it is really dangerous. She explained in a different video that she want to allow Sutan to experience things so she can learn for herself what is good and bad. She would really only say no when it is dangerous. Besides, we only see what has been recorded. We don't know what has happened off screen in their daily life or what has been edited out. It is off screen that perhaps Sutan is being scolded more often. Your opinion is valid but try not to make a judgement based on assumptions

This is definitely one of my favourite KZfaq channels of all time. One that I come back to time and time again. Good food, interesting character interactions, at least one developing character, good parenting teaching and examples. Man, if Soap Operas were like this I might even begin to watch them. Sutan's interactions with Moto are amazing, the way she tries to wrap him around her little finger -and the way he sometimes let's her- with naught but a look (and not a very subtle look, either 😂) is entertainment all on its own. And Moe's relationship with Sutan, and their interactions, as well as the examples of the science of child rearing, are a wonder to watch.

"Actually" throwing beans is the tradition of setsubun. I remember doing that at kindergarten where some teachers put demon masks. It's usually done outside, though. And throw beans inside too and say "fuku wa uchi' which means "happiness inside". Watching the video, I was thinking about how Moe san and Moto san will be cleaning afterwards. Haha

Great video as always Moe. Thank you for the time and effort you put into making these videos every week and the time you take to edit them. It may not always be easy but thank you for your dedication. And even so, if you ever need a break, that's also understandable. Being a mom and a wife is a lot of work. Lol. Also, thank you for continuing learning English. I'm from the Caribbean and although there are subtitles, it's really nice to hear you speak English. Congrats on your continued success!
Happy 2nd Birthday SUTAN!
